The app is free to download. You can then enjoy 7 days of free, unlimited learning content when you sign up with your email address—no payment is needed. After 7 days, you can still access a limited selection of the content for free, or subscribe to a plan for continued, unlimited learning.

My workbook isn’t working, what can I do?

If you are receiving an error that says the feature is “blocked in Amazon Kids”, please check your child’s profile restrictions to verify there aren’t any preventing the app from being downloaded. You can change the Amazon Kids settings by going to Settings > Profiles & Family Library and then choosing the profile you want to manage. Common settings that might impact this include Educational Goals, Set Age Range, and Set Daily Goals and Time Limits.

How do I unblock the app in Amazon Kids?

Amazon Kids prevents child profiles from downloading and installing apps. In order to install a new app, the parent must download the app through the Parent Dashboard and share it with the child.
